Our family’s experience with Ellie was nothing short of amazing. We have rented for a little over a year after moving from Southern California, and were eager to find a home to settle down. We were pretty picky to say the least in our search for our home and I’m sure we drove Ellie crazy, but throughout our entire search process she was nothing short of a consummate professional. Our search lasted a little over five months, and literary all over the state until we chose our home. I say chose because Ellie was constantly looking out for (our) best interest. She had constantly reminded us to “never settle on a home, whether you sell again in five years, or fifty, always think resale. Your home should be what you want and that’s it”. Being a military family, it was difficult for agents to answer direct questions we had regarding the VA Loan process particularly here in the Northeast. Ellie answered them, and if she didn’t have the answer at that moment whether it was about the VA, showing times, or home availability, she had them within the hour. More times than not within fifteen minutes. Ellie Peterson is a very personable, warm-hearted individual, who takes a direct interest in the lives of her clients personal well being as if they were her own family so much so that our two-year-old daughter couldn’t wait to play with Ellie as we were walking through the homes and properties we were being shown.
